By using Okkabaz, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the service
Okkabaz is a cloud-based pre-accounting and ERP service that includes current account, inventory, invoicing, cash-bank, cheque-note and reporting modules.
2. Account and responsibility
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscription and payment
The trial period is 14 days and requires no credit card. On paid plans, prices are VAT-inclusive; the subscription is billed according to the period you choose. You can cancel at any time.
4. Intellectual property
All rights to the software and its content belong to Okkabaz. The ownership of the data belonging to your business, however, is yours.
5. Service continuity
We work for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We take care to announce planned maintenance in advance.
6. Termination
You can end your subscription at any time. In the event of a breach of the terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. In case of termination, your right to export your data is preserved.
